its an annoying recovery, but i would say it is worth it. whatever weight you go into the surgery with is kinda the one to aim to keep. tell your surgeon to go as big as possible, as fat loss is on average about 30%. with the lipo and rib removal, your results are gonna look amazing. get your lymphathic drainage massages, and plan them for immediately after surgery, don’t wait. if your surgeon offers jplasma, its worth it, it’ll ensure the tummy is tight, which will emphasize the small waist/ big ass look.

It was a ton of work with recovery and stuff, but I’m so glad I did it 💗 Everyone talking about how it’s lethal, that’s because it used to be injected in the muscles with caused fat embolisms. BBLs are safter than tummy tucks now. Make sure you use a doctor that does guided ultrasound to inject into the fat layer above the muscle and you should be fine!
I recall Violet Myers saying that she didn’t have any complications or anything but also that she thought she probably could have gotten the same results in the gym (and did, if I recall correctly). I HAVEN’T HAD ONE THOUGH.
