As someone a bit bigger, (6′ & 180lbs) I went 520cc in each implant for my first boob job and the skin irritation and stretch marks were pretty extreme during recovery even tho I went above and beyond to keep my skin hydrated. For first timers they usually go around 400-450cc each, but really i’d go with what your surgeon recommends. I told mine as big as we could fit and that’s how I ended up with 1040cc of silicone in my boobies.😘

so giving you a realistic answer I think silicon implants are the way to go cause they feel much better than saline. the thing is they generally only go up to 800cc for those so that’s what i’d recommend. since ur a bit taller than average and have big hips u can go pretty big without looking too top heavy
personally i think 800cc would look amazing for you, and i know some who had 800cc as her first implants so it’s definitely possible. The risk of having things heal bad is a bit higher when you go big like that but as long as you have a good surgeon and follow all the after care rules you should likely be fine.
now if you know you rly wanna go super big and don’t care about feel then you should ask your surgeon saline expanders where they can keep adding more to get to the desired size.
