Actually, if the series was true about this detail, technically Chifusa wouldn’t be able to keep going, but by a very large margin. She steals breasts by a considerable amount in many episodes so she’d probably have breasts the size of her entire body if for some reason all of the breasts she stole added at once and would therefore end up immobile.
Also the breasts are extremely well drawn in this anime.
