To be clear it’s not a mechanic it is this one singular characterer’s ability. Game is super F2P friendly tho and you should be able to get her before her banner ends in a few days.
If it interests you though, they did recently add a feature to a few (literally 3) skins that allows you to change breasts size but it *only* works on that 1 specific skin and almost doubles the price of the skin if you don’t buy it before it’s added.
